The France Seconded Employee (“Salarié détaché ICT”) residence visa is intended for international company personnel who are sent to France to undertake specialized duties or hold high management positions.

This permission is valid for three years and cannot be renewed. Because seconded employees are considered temporary workers, they must leave France when the three-year period expires, unless they change to another sort of salaried employee residence permit.
