Certified industrial technicians, cleared to work in Europe.
We source, qualify and mobilise welders, electricians, HVAC and heat-pump specialists from a global pool — carrying the recognition, permits and compliance that stop most international hires before they start.
Eight trade families, matched to your specification
Matched to your specification rather than to a keyword on a CV. If the role sits in heavy industry and needs a certificate behind it, it is in our scope.

Verified with the issuing body, not taken on trust
Certificates are verified before a profile reaches you. Where a qualification needs European recognition, we run the recognition file ourselves rather than leaving it with the candidate.

A certificate is worth what the body behind it is worth
This is the part of our process clients tell us they cannot get elsewhere — and it is why our first intake passes your QA rather than your third.
Tested before departure, never after arrival
Practical trade tests are witnessed by a recognised third party — TÜV, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas or SGS — in India or the UAE, before a euro is spent on a visa. A candidate who cannot pass never travels, and you never see them.
Verified with the issuing body
Certificates are checked at source. We do not accept a scan and we do not forward one to you. Where a qualification needs European recognition, we run that file rather than leaving it with the candidate.
Validated by a welding coordinator
An IWE or IWS reviews every qualification record, confirms the range of approval against your WPS, and maintains the validation chain so certificates stay live instead of lapsing quietly in a folder.
Where a missing certificate stops the job
Sectors where the crew has to be right before it arrives on site.
Five steps, and we carry four of them
The part that stays with you is the decision.
We take the requirement
Trade, headcount, standards, welding positions, site conditions, rates and start window — discussed in Dutch, German, Spanish or English, on a call rather than through a form.
We match from the global pool
Certification and qualification matching against your specification. Certificates verified at source, practical tests arranged where the standard or your QA demands it.
We build the mobility file
Recognition of qualifications, work permits, visas, medicals, apostilles, travel and housing — handled by a cross-border legal and compliance team working out of India, the UAE and Europe.
You choose the model
Place them directly onto your payroll, or let us employ them and carry payroll, income tax, social security, insurance and compliance.
We stay on the account
Replacement cover, renewals, rotation planning and long-term supply as the programme scales. The second intake is where the relationship is actually judged.
Two ways to engage us
The same sourcing and compliance engine sits behind both. What changes is who signs the employment contract.
You employ
We source, verify, mobilise and clear the technician; the employment contract is yours from day one.
- Certification and qualification matching against your spec
- Recognition, permit, visa and medical file handled end to end
- Relocation, travel and first-month housing arranged
- Third-party witnessed trade test before departure
- One placement fee per head plus mobilisation at cost, with a replacement guarantee
We employ
The technician sits on our payroll and works on your site under an agreed scope.
- Payroll, income tax and social security carried by us
- Employer liability, insurance and compliance carried by us
- Absence and replacement cover built into the rate
- One monthly rate per technician, scaled up or down with the programme
Five delivery markets, three sourcing hubs

What site teams say after the first intake
References available on request, including site contacts who have taken delivery of a full crew.
Twelve TIG welders were on our Bremerhaven site inside seven weeks — every one cleared, every certificate verified before they travelled. The client’s inspector signed off the first intake with no rejects.
What sold us was the honesty — they turned down two roles they couldn’t staff compliantly rather than send people who’d fail at the gate. The heat-pump technicians they did send were commissioning within days.
The welding coordinator’s validation pack meant our WPS review was done in one call. During the shutdown, replacement cover was seamless — we never lost a shift.

Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start window
- A written response within two working days — including an honest no if we cannot serve it.
- Verified candidate profiles within ten working days once the specification is agreed.
- Certificates and policy documents supplied in full at prequalification.
