2-Stage Eligibility Framework

Stage 1 – Qualifying Salary Must earn at least the minimum salary benchmarked to the top 1/3 of local PMET salaries by age.

COMPASS Exemptions

You skip Stage 2 if you:

  • Earn ≥ $22,500/month fixed salary
  • Are an overseas intra-corporate transferee
  • Are filling a role for 1 month or less
