No. Passport is a branding, marketing and correspondence service only. It is not a registered office, not a legal domicile, and cannot be used to incorporate a company or for any official government registration or verification. When you need a legal registered address, that is our separate Incorporation service.

Yes — Passport makes you look local. When you're ready to invoice European or UK customers without forming a company, our Seller of Record service handles it and your Passport fee is credited toward it.

Passport provides a business correspondence address and a local telephone contact number in each market you select, together with same-day scanning of mail received at that address. Its sole permitted purpose is branding, marketing and business correspondence.
You agree not to use Passport for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading purpose, or to misrepresent the nature, location or legal status of your business. Prohibited uses include (without limitation) fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, impersonation, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction, the market jurisdiction, or the Netherlands. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
You accept full and sole responsibility and liability for how you use the address and number. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OnDemand Bridge B.V., OnDemand International, and their owners, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or any third-party claim relating to your use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnDemand Bridge and OnDemand International accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the service, including any consequence of a third party relying on, rejecting, or acting on the address. You expressly waive any and all claims against us in connection with such matters. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate the service immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service is being misused. We may withdraw or change an assigned address or number where required by a provider, landlord or law, and will provide a replacement where reasonably possible.
Fees are charged in advance by card via Stripe. Annual plans are billed once per year and your payment method is securely stored for automatic renewal until cancelled. Charges are non-refundable for the current term. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer protections that may apply to you.
