1. Who is responsible for your data

OnDemand Bridge is a trading brand of OnDemand International (Goods on Demand B.V.), the data controller for personal data processed through the OnDemand Bridge platform and Services. As a Netherlands company we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

2. What we collect

Identity & contact data — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and business details you provide.
Order & billing data — services purchased, market selections, invoices, and payment metadata. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored by us.
Verification data — where a Service (e.g. incorporation or compliance) legally requires it, identity and KYC documentation.
Usage & technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and interactions with the platform, including cookies.
Communications — messages you send us, including chatbot and support enquiries.

3. How we use it & our legal bases

To provide and administer the Services you request (performance of a contract).
To take payment and manage renewals (performance of a contract).
To meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations (legal obligation).
To communicate with you, provide support and improve our Services (legitimate interests).
To send marketing where you have opted in (consent), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed to deliver the Services: with payment processors (Stripe), messaging and email providers, our internal tools (including Zoho), and — where a Service requires it — government registries, banks, tax authorities and local partners in the relevant jurisdiction. We require our processors to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Because we operate globally, your data may be transferred outside the EEA (for example to deliver a Service in a specific market). Where we do so, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax and accounting retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any right, contact [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the platform and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our cookie banner.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers; we do not store full card details.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the platform or by email.
