Trademarks in the UAE are registered with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism (MoET), formerly the Ministry of Economy, through its Trademark Office.
It is the single federal authority for trademark registration, so one application protects your mark across all seven emirates.
You file online through the MoET e-services portal. After examination, publication, and a 30-day objection period, you pay the final registration fee and receive your trademark registration certificate.
Applicants based outside the UAE must file through a registered trademark agent.
