What are the steps in the formation of a company?

There are four steps in the formation of a company:

Step 1 – Promotion stage where the business idea is established and financial planning take place.

Step 2 – Registration stage where the business is being verified for incorporation.

Step 3 – The incorporation stage where the business has finally been formed into a company that is legally registered.

Step 4 – Commencement of Business when the business activities can start taking place.
