The ACRA levies a charge of $15 for processing your company name application. A further charge of $300 is required for registering your company. However, it will also cost you to hire a Corporate Secretary to file applications and returns, and a Local Director. The total charges will vary depending upon the type of business entity you create.
It is not necessary for you to be present before the authorities to register your company. The entire process is done via the BizFile+ digital portal. Note that non-Singaporean residents need to apply for a SingPass before they can register their companies.
